I also agree that changing the duvet cover is a really great, and inexpensive way to freshen up the look of your bedroom. Having a duvet cover also allows you to purchase the duvet & pillow covers separately for easy mixing and matching. Although down comforters and duvets are not necessarily cheap once they are purchased they last for many, many, years so in the end they are a very wise investment.
